Monday
Introduce the habit and teach Lesson 137 (20-30 min).
Tuesday
Quick review and practice: students name one place the habit shows up in their day.
Wednesday
Minimum day: short habit check-in and journal (15 min).
Thursday
Teach Lesson 140 (20-30 min).
Friday
Close the week: reflection journal and share-out (15 min).
