The Time Matrix helps students recognize attention capture and make intentional Q2 choices.

Day-by-day

1. Tuesday

   Introduce the habit and teach Lesson 49 (20-30 min).

2. Wednesday

   Quick review and practice: students name one place the habit shows up in their day.

3. Thursday

   Minimum day: teach AI Algorithms: How Well Do They Know You? (20 min).

4. Friday

   Teach Lesson 51 (20-30 min).

No-prep fallback (always safe)

1. Post the habit on the board: Habit 3: Put First Things First.
2. Ask: "Where did you see this habit this week — at school or online?"
3. Students write a 5-sentence journal response and share one example with a partner.
4. Close with three volunteers sharing out; collect journals for the teacher.
