Introduce the habit and teach Lesson 125 (20-30 min).
Tuesday
Quick review and practice: students name one place the habit shows up in their day.
Wednesday
Minimum day: short habit check-in and journal (15 min).
Thursday
Teach Lesson 128 (20-30 min).

- Close with three volunteers sharing out; collect journals for the teacher.
