Monday
Introduce the habit and teach Lesson 97 (20-30 min).
Tuesday
Quick review and practice: students name one place the habit shows up in their day.
Wednesday
Minimum day: teach Chatting Safely Online (45 min).
Thursday
Teach Lesson 100 (20-30 min).
Friday
Close the week: reflection journal and share-out (15 min).

- Post the habit on the board: Habit 5: Seek First to Understand.
- Ask: "Where did you see this habit this week — at school or online?"
- Students write a 5-sentence journal response and share one example with a partner.
- Close with three volunteers sharing out; collect journals for the teacher.
