Introduce the habit and teach Lesson 93 (20-30 min).
Wednesday
Quick review and practice: students name one place the habit shows up in their day.
Thursday
Minimum day: teach Red Flags & Chatting Online (20 min).
Friday
Teach Lesson 96 (20-30 min).

Red Flags & Chatting Online
Recognize red-flag feelings, set boundaries, and seek help during online chats.
No-prep fallback (always safe)
- Post the habit on the board: Habit 5: Seek First to Understand.
- Ask: "Where did you see this habit this week — at school or online?"
- Students write a 5-sentence journal response and share one example with a partner.
- Close with three volunteers sharing out; collect journals for the teacher.
