Monday
Introduce the habit and teach Lesson 14 (20-30 min).
Tuesday
Quick review and practice: students name one place the habit shows up in their day.
Thursday
Minimum day: teach Finding Credible News (45 min).
Friday
Teach Lesson 16 (20-30 min).

- Students write a 5-sentence journal response and share one example with a partner.
- Close with three volunteers sharing out; collect journals for the teacher.
